Short version: EditItAll is free to use, your files are your own, and the service is provided as-is. Plain language on purpose — this page is the entire agreement.

The service. EditItAll provides browser-based editing and file tools operated by Subcue AI LLC. Your files are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to us (see the privacy policy), so you keep every right to your content — we never receive a copy to claim rights over.

Acceptable use. Use the tools for anything lawful. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use it to process content you have no right to process.

No warranty. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Browser-based processing has real limits (device memory, format support — see how it works): keep your originals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subcue AI LLC is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

Trademarks. Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat are trademarks of Adobe Inc., referenced only to describe compatibility and comparison. EditItAll is an independent product with no Adobe affiliation or endorsement.

Changes. If these terms change, the new text appears on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions — contact us.
